Instructions

  1. Bring broth to a gentle simmer.
  2. Add onion and mushroom
  3. Simmer 10–15 minutes — just enough to soften, not stew.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  5. Taste and add salt as needed
  6. Ladle into small bowls.
  7. Top with sliced green onions.
