Grandma Sue’s Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and cocoa in a large pot, then add evaporated milk and mix well.
  2. Boil mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until you reach soft ball stage (234°F-240°F)
  3. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla and butter.
  4. Add nuts if desired
  5. Pour into buttered 9x13 pan
  6. Cool, cut into squares, and enjoy.
