Grandma Sue’s Chocolate Fudge

Mix sugar and cocoa in a large pot, then add evaporated milk and mix well.

Boil mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until you reach soft ball stage (234°F-240°F)

Remove from heat and mix in vanilla and butter.

Add nuts if desired

Pour into buttered 9x13 pan

Cool, cut into squares, and enjoy.
