Citrus Tomato Foil-Packet White Fish

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Tear 4 large sheets of heavy-duty foil. Lightly oil center of each.

Pat fish very dry. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic, juices, oregano, and cumin

Place one fillet in center of each foil sheet and spoon mixture evenly over each filet

Top each with tomato slices and onions, then sprinkle on cilantro.

Fold foil tightly into sealed packets.

Bake 12–18 minutes depending on thickness:Tilapia: ~12–14 minutes, Tilapia: ~12–14 minutes - Fish should flake easily but not be dry.

Open packets carefully (steam!). Spoon juices over fish before serving.
