Preheat oven to 450
Trim a thin line off the stem ends of your sprouts, and peel away any loose or yellowing leaves.
Slice brussel sprouts in half (or quarter if very large) and toss with olive oil
Add salt and thyme as desired and toss again
Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet, cut sized down for best browning
Bake for 20 minutes and check
