Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir slowly to blend, but not incorporate air

Pour into pie shell

Bake at 425 (not convection) for 10 minutes

Reduce heat to 350 and bake 30-35 minutes until set (knife insterted in center comes out clean)

Cool on wire rack

Top with whipped cream
