Ingredients

  1. Prep Day

    Brown beef in pan with 2 T olive oil and onion soup mix

    Whisk soup with broth

    Add everything except the cornstarch to a freezer bag and freeze flat

  1. Cook Day

    Thaw overnight

    Dump into pressure cooker and cook for 35 minutes, then 15 minutes natural release

    Set pressure cooker to saute and add cornstarch slurry, stir until thickened
