Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Shred chicken
  2. If using fresh chicken bake at 350 for 30 minutes or grill until done through (grilling adds a nice dimension to the final product)
  3. Chop celery thinly
  4. Mince onions, sun dried tomatoes and cranberries
  5. Add all ingredients together and mix well
